Our Process for Design Support, Fast Turnaround, and Quality Installation
We simplify the remodeling process from choosing materials to getting them installed quickly and correctly. Here’s how it works.
1. Start With a Free Design Consultation
The best flooring and countertop decisions start with a conversation, which is why we always begin with a complimentary design consultation. Your design expert will learn about your project, walk you through your options, and help you figure out exactly what you need before you spend a dime. You can get started in one of two ways:
- In-home measurements: A Builders Interiors representative will come to your home, take professional measurements at no charge, and put together a detailed materials and installation estimate.
- Self-measurement: Prefer to start remotely? Submit your room dimensions, square footage, and photos using our simple online form, and we’ll take it from there.
2. Visit Our Showroom and Choose Your Materials
Once measurements are complete, we invite you to visit our nearest showroom to compare options in person. Seeing carpet, hardwood, vinyl plank, laminate, tile, and slab side by side, with actual texture, color, and finish, makes your decision significantly easier. Our in-house design team is on hand to answer any remaining questions, and if an in-person visit isn’t possible, we can arrange a virtual walkthrough via FaceTime or Zoom.
3. Review Your Quote and Schedule
After you’ve chosen your materials, we’ll put together a detailed estimate covering materials alone or materials plus installation. We handle paperwork electronically and can take a deposit over the phone. If installation is part of your project, we’ll lock in a convenient time at this stage so everything stays coordinated from selection through completion.
4. Fast Delivery, Professional Installation, and a Guaranteed Result
We offer next-day delivery on most in-stock flooring products so your project stays on schedule. Our professional installation team can generally complete your quartz countertop installation as soon as the next day.
